Dear VACS Community,
We've noticed several parents receiving tickets for infractions like obstructing driveways or crosswalks, parking on private lawns, driving in restricted areas during school hours, and double parking when dropping off and picking up scholars.
Please use the Carline or find appropriate parking spots for dropping off or picking up your scholar at all times. Do not drop off or pick up students in the middle of the street at any time.
Please be aware that the Borough of East Lansdowne strictly enforces parking and driving regulations, citing those who do not comply. The Police Department uses photographs to document violations and mail tickets at home.
A quick reminder:
Students MUST BE in the cafeteria by 8:05 am. Breakfast starts at 7:30 am. To ensure a smooth transition from the gym and cafeteria to their classrooms, please arrive earlier than 8:05 am, as the carline gate closes promptly.
