We are proud to celebrate an outstanding achievement by the Vision Academy Charter School Robotics Team!
Our robotics program has been selected for the 2026 Voya Unsung Heroes® Award, recognizing innovation and excellence in education. The award was presented to Dave G. Peter, Serhat Cetin, and Bogdan Cristea in recognition of their innovative work supporting our scholars through robotics and STEM education.
Along with this special recognition, the program received a $2,000 award to support continued innovation and student learning.
Congratulations to our robotics team, educators, and scholars! Your creativity, dedication, and commitment to hands-on learning continue to make the Vision Academy community proud. Go RACERS! 🤖🏆

🔔 Beyond the Bell Has Begun! 🎉
We are excited to share that our Beyond the Bell After-School Program, sponsored by the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Grant, officially started today!
Our scholars had a busy and exciting afternoon participating in a variety of activities, including basketball, soccer, cheerleading, robotics, small-group tutoring in math or reading, study hall, enrichment activities, and clubs.
It was wonderful to see so many scholars learning, playing, creating, and spending time with their friends after school. We are looking forward to a great year of learning beyond the bell! 📚⚽🏀🤖📣
