We are thrilled to invite all parents and guardians to a special evening of learning! Our dedicated teachers will walk you through effective curriculum methods, and you’ll discover the best strategies to support your child’s education at home.
Why Curriculum Nights Matter:
As emphasized by the National Network of Partnership Schools (NNPS) at Johns Hopkins University, curriculum nights are a vital link between schools and families, encouraging collaboration to boost student success. These events help families understand what students are learning in school and equip parents with the knowledge to support their child’s academic journey at home. Participating makes parents more engaged, positively impacting student performance and motivation.
Logistics for the Evening:
5th/6th Grade Parents:
- ELA: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM with Miss Ford (Room 6A)
- Math: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM with Miss Morabito (Room 6B)
7th/8th Grade Parents:
- ELA: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM with Miss Kerns (Room 7A)
- Math: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM with Miss Harriott (Room 8B)
