Compensation & Benefits

We offer one of the most competitive compensation packages in Pennsylvania, reflecting our belief in the vital role of our educators:

Base Salary:

• $64,000 starting salary (competitive and commensurate with experience)

Hard-to-Fill Positions Stipend:

• Additional $2,000 for teachers in Math, Science, Special Education, and Technology

Continued Education Incentives:

• $3,500 additional pay for a Master’s Degree in a related field
• $1,500 for a Bachelor’s Degree + 24 Graduate Credit Hours
• $1,500 for a Master’s Degree + 30 Graduate Credit Hours
• Up to $3,000 annually for continued education and tuition reimbursement

Longevity Pay:

• $1,200 for every three years of service

Performance-Based Bonuses:

• Up to $7,500 annually to recognize excellence in teaching
