Vision Academy Charter School is seeking a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a school renovation project at 716 Emerson Ave, East Lansdown, PA 19050 (3 adjacent buildings).

The Contractor will provide renovation services according to local ordinance requirements, Federal regulations and guidelines, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education policies and guidelines regarding education space.

Companies and/or their representatives may submit proposals to Vision Academy Charter School, Attn. Ali Ozatalay, Business Manager, 41 E. Baltimore Avenue, #45, Lansdowne, PA 19050.

Vision Academy Charter School Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the Charter School.

A walk-through meeting will be scheduled upon request at 716 Emerson Avenue, East Lansdowne, PA 19050.

Any questions regarding the proposal may be submitted to bm@vacharter.org. Answers to any questions submitted will be made available and transmitted to any interested bidder upon request.

All proposals in a sealed envelope must be submitted no later than 4:00 pm on June 16 th , 2021.
